Visiting The True House of God

you can read

Allah the Exalted says: “I reside in broken hearts.”
Therefore, a heart that has ego and selfishness is not Allah’s place! And as it is not the place of Allah, one cannot expect for the prayers of such a heart to be accepted.

The story of Jabir al-Ansari’s Arba’een Pilgrimage

It was as if the very essence of Islam had crystalized in the mind of Jabir bin Abdullah al-Ansari,

And he had recognized the true Islam and the [divine] secrets behind the laws of religion. He knew

That ihram and the ablution (or ghusl) of pilgrimage and tawaf Which had been legislated for the House of God (Kaaba)Had a truth and a deeper secret behind them, And that the reality of the House of God was, In fact,The wilayah of the Master of Martyrs.

Therefore, this land where the lifeless body of the Master of Martyrs lied, Was the House of God And this is the burial ground of the embodiment of wilayah. The Kaaba was apparent, while This [true House of God] was hidden!

Thus, one must all the more perform ablution to visit this sanctuary, And pass through there in a state of ihram. Therefore, Jabir purified himself for tawaf and pilgrimage.

He donned his ihram garb and moved toward the true House of God. He took slow steps While his lips whispered the dhikr of Allah, until he reached the grave.

Atiyyah, his companion, placed Jabir’s weary hands upon the grave, Jabir gave out a cry and fell unconscious. Atiyyah recalls, “I brought him back to consciousness

And Jabir bellowed thrice,

‘Ya Husayn!

حبيبٌ لا يُجيبُ حبيبَه؟!

Does a friend not answer the call of his friend?’

Then he answered himself:

(و أنّىٰ لَكَ بِالجوابِ)

(و قد شُحِطَت أوداجُكَ علىٰ أثباجِكَ)

(و فُرِّقَ بينَ رأسِكَ و بدنِك؟!)

How can you possibly answer me?

While your jugular veins are hanging from your throat and shoulders

And your head has been severed from your body…’”
